The Eagle Virtual Medallion Hunt

The Medallion Hunt is back, so get ready to test your sleuthing skills. This year’s event is a virtual hunt with daily clues leading to a description of a Wichita location. There’s no physical medallion to uncover, so the sky is truly the limit for the secret location. Each participant must register at www.kansas.com or in person at Suzuki of Wichita’s east or west locations. Participants are allowed only one guess each – with rewards for being the first to guess correctly – so you’ll need to decide just how sure you are before you submit your answer. All contestants who submit the correct location will be entered into a drawing for a new car from Suzuki of Wichita. Contest begins May 8 with clues in The Wichita Eagle, Kansas.com and KSN and will end on Wednesday, May 13. Funnel Cake Eating Contest
Join Sports Radio 1410 KGSO in the Meritrust Credit Union Century II Food Court Wednesday, May 13 for the 1st Annual Funnel Cake Eating Contest. Contestants can sign-up at the Festival on Friday, May 8 and Monday, May 11 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the KGSO booth, as well as on-air beginning May 8. Listen to KGSO for participants names. Contestants will have 10 minutes to eat as many funnel cakes as they can (and keep them down)! Winner will receive a sky box party at the Wichita Wingnuts baseball game courtesy of KGSO.
